Eerie flying saucer-shaped clouds seen in the skies over Scotland

Eerie flying saucer shapes like these are usually seen in skies far, far away like the U.S. states in the Pacific north-west or the deserts of southern California.
But the spectacular cloud formations pictured here appeared a lot closer to home yesterday - over a remote spot in Perthshire, central Scotland.
The wispy wonders were taken near the village of Blair Atholl, by an aptly-named snapper called Murdo Macleod.
